1. Open your Microsoft Excel Table in Microsoft Excel and press File=>Print in main menu.2. Select Polestar Virtual Printer from the printers list, then click Print . 3. Select JPG, TIFF, GIF, PNG or BMP in File format drop down menu, enter file name, then click Save . 4. Once finished exporting the file, the output JPG, TIFF, GIF, PNG or BMP file will be opened in the default viewer.Now your document can be viewed on any computer under any operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac, Unix, etc.). The document appearance won't change even if all the fonts crash.
