How to save colorful HTML to PDF or Image File Using Polestar Virtual Printer?

You can get it easily using Polestar Virtual Printer. Just do as follows:

1. Open a Html File in Internet Explorer, In main menu, go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced. In Printing section, switch on Print Background colors and images option, then press OK in main menu.

2. To remove page header and page footer in main menu, press File->Page Setup. Delete text from Header and Footer fields. Press OK.

3. From Internet Explorer menu, press File->Print….
4. Select Polestar Virtual Printer from the printers list, then click Print.

5. Select PDF, JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PNG or EMF in File format drop down menu, enter file name, then click Save.

6. Once finished exporting the file, the output PDF or image file will be opened in your default viewer.
Now your document can be viewed on any computer under any operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac, Unix, etc.). The document appearance won’t change even if all the fonts crash.
